Our client is currently looking for a Sales Support Coordinator - Receptionist to work in a full-time, perm position in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage front-of-office operations: answering calls, greeting visitors, and general office coordination
  • Maintain office facilities, equipment, supplies, and marketing materials
  • Provide administrative support across departments, including document control, filing, and meeting minutes
  • Support Sales with CRM management, quotations, tenders, pricing, supplier coordination, and follow-ups
  • Develop and maintain sales tracking, KPIs, reports, and CRM data accuracy
  • Prepare quotations, presentations, shipping documents, PFIs, and packing lists
  • Coordinate travel, inspections, events, printing, and networking activities
  • Manage supplier databases, vendor applications, and lead tracking
  • Support marketing initiatives, email campaigns, events, and competitor monitoring
  • Ensure smooth internal processes and coordination between departments

Requirements

  • Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience using CRM systems and supporting sales processes
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
  • Confidence interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
