Position Summary: Performs receptionist /project administration duties with demonstrated knowledge of business etiquette, communicate professionally and the ability to multi-task The hours for the position: Monday through Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am to 1:30pm
Job Responsibility
Answer/direct incoming calls
Manage fleet vehicles
Order supplies
Coordinate large group lunches
Organize and prepare reports timely
ability to work under deadlines
Prepare and coordinate project meetings
Prepare, coordinate and log project correspondence accurately
Issue drawings, specifications and other project documents
Assist Project Managers, Engineering Managers and Construction Managers with other tasks as required for the success of the projects
Work alone or as part of a team to coordinate administrative tasks – maintain accurate project control files and records
Requirements
High school diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Must be able to work in a project team and communicate clearly
Be a self-starter, detailed oriented and have exceptional organizational skill
Must be able to interact with clients and co-workers in a professional and respectful manner and work in a team environment sharing roles and responsibilities, with limited supervision.
