Our client, one of the largest landlords of first class properties is looking for a dynamic and versatile Receptionist / Office Administrator.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Greet and welcome visitors
  • Manage conference rooms and coordinate meetings
  • Correspondence and logistics (receiving, sorting, distributing mail, packages and couriers)
  • Update internal lists and tenant charts
  • Assistance to the administrative assistant team with insurance files, data entry and contact lists
  • Other general clerical duties as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in both English and French
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to work as a team and good problem-solving abilities
  • Courteous, friendly and professional
