This isn’t your average sit and wait reception role. We operate in a fast-paced, industrial environment where no two days are the same. You’ll be the heartbeat of our front office, balancing a warm welcome for visitors with the technical precision of order processing.
Job Responsibility:
Greet walk-in clients and contractors with a professional and friendly demeanor
Manage a high volume of incoming calls and emails, resolving customer queries
Accurately enter and manage customer orders
Act as the right-hand to the Office Manager, assisting with filing, data entry, and ad-hoc project support
Maintain a tidy front-of-office environment and manage incoming/outgoing mail
Requirements:
min 1 year relevant experience
Previous experience in a reception, admin, or customer service role—ideally within an industrial or manufacturing setting
Exceptional verbal and written communication
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or order-entry software (preferred)
A sharp eye for accuracy
A positive, resilient personality
Ability to thrive in busy environments
Nice to have:
Experience with ERP or order-entry software
Experience within Dermatology (from related jobs section, but not part of main job)
