Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls
Greet and welcome visitors
Manage conference rooms and coordinate meetings
Correspondence and logistics (receiving, sorting, distributing mail, packages and couriers)
Update internal lists and tenant charts
Assistance to the administrative assistant team with insurance files, data entry and contact lists
Other general clerical duties as required
Requirements:
Fluency in both English and French
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
At least one year of experience in a similar role
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Ability to work as a team and good problem-solving abilities
