We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Front Office team at The Pelham Hotel. Looking after our colleagues is all that we care about. Respect and kindness are at the heart of everything we do. Job Responsibility

  • Be the first point of contact for guests and ensure a warm, professional, and personalized welcome
  • Assist with check-ins and check-outs, handle guest enquiries, and provide information about the hotel and local area
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, manage reservations and guest requests efficiently
  • Ensure all front office procedures are carried out in line with our standards
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments to ensure the overall success of Starhotels UK

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
