Job Description:

We are looking for part time Member Service Associates / Receptionists to help answer phone calls, return emails and provide on demand services for our members when KidStrong classes are in session. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Job Responsibility:

Return all emails and voicemails upon arrival to the centre
Welcome all KidStrong families as they enter the centre for their classes
Assist members in centre with all administrative requests
Help enroll people who are interested in the program into a trial class or membership
Help coaches set up for their next class
Help each night with the team clean
