Job Description:

We are looking for part time Member Service Associates / Receptionists to help answer phone calls, return emails and provide on demand services for our members when KidStrong classes are in session. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Return all emails and voicemails upon arrival to the centre
  • Welcome all KidStrong families as they enter the centre for their classes
  • Assist members in centre with all administrative requests
  • Help enroll people who are interested in the program into a trial class or membership
  • Help coaches set up for their next class
  • Help each night with the team clean
