Now, we're happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Receptionist/Key Clerk. This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Edinburgh branch. You'll enjoy a standard work week of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. The salary is £22,500-£23,500 pa.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact at front-of-house reception, handling a wide range of enquiries from walk-in customers, landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Oversee the general key management using internal systems, booking property keys in and out, coordinating with landlords, tenants, property managers and contractors
  • Conduct general administrative tasks such as answering incoming calls, responding to emails, managing parking permits, dealing with factors, re-tagging keys and key fobs
  • Office organization and stationery ordering

Requirements

  • Property Management experience is preferable
  • Excellent customer services skills
  • Strong Administration and organisational skills with problem solving ability
  • Strong IT skills, MS Word, Excel
  • Multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • You must have the current legal right to work in the UK

Nice to have

Property Management experience is not essential, it is preferable and will make the transition for the successful applicant easier with some sector knowledge
