We are looking for a Receptionist/Front Office Administrator to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis in Jersey City, New Jersey. This role is ideal for an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic office environment. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, maintaining office operations, and supporting team members effectively.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to manage orders, delegate tasks, and ensure clear instructions
  • Process invoices promptly and accurately to maintain smooth financial operations
  • Monitor and replenish office and warehouse supplies by placing purchase orders as needed
  • Organize and track project timelines to ensure deadlines are met efficiently
  • Coordinate and oversee logistics for outgoing shipments to maintain seamless workflows
  • Accurately process client orders within designated timeframes to meet service expectations
  • Prepare correspondence and documents in alignment with the company’s standards and voice
  • Compile court-related documentation to address parking violations or citations following established protocols
  • Manage requirements gathering for assigned projects to support various operational needs
  • Obtain quotes and pricing information from vendors to assist in procurement decisions

  • Proven experience in receptionist and front office administration roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory and restock supplies
