We are currently looking for an administrative assistant and receptionist in the Dorval area. This person will be joining a dynamic and pleasant working environment. The candidate needs to know how to multitask, be organized and someone who is detail oriented. This person might have other tasks that are listed for this particular role.
Job Responsibility:
Answering phones
Planning special projects
Greeting visitors
Assigning necessary uniforms for pilots, technicians and workers
Handling safety issues
Ordering necessary supplies and equipment for the office
Understanding shipments and procedures for orders
Booking necessary travels for the company
Requirements:
Reception experience 2-3 years
English-speaking internal and external clients/partners/employees located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis
Bilingual (French and English) written and oral
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Good customer service and someone who is customer oriented
Capable of working in a stressful environment at times
