We are seeking a highly experienced Receptionist/Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our brand. You will answer inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, provide garment status updates, and convey what makes Alan David Custom unique in the luxury menswear market. Full training will be provided to ensure you can speak knowledgeably and confidently about our services and craftsmanship.
Job Responsibility:
Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
Provide clients with accurate information regarding order timelines, garment status, and appointment details
Explain the unique qualities of Alan David Custom suits in a way that reflects the brand’s luxury positioning
Coordinate with internal staff to follow up on client requests
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and inquiries
Uphold the highest level of discretion and professionalism when handling client information
Requirements:
Perfect, native-level English with clear, neutral accent
Minimum 10 years of professional work experience
Minimum 5 years with the same employer (job stability is critical)
Exceptional telephone etiquette and customer service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a self-starter
Comfortable speaking with high-net-worth clients in a luxury retail environment
Strong follow-up skills and the ability to handle multiple client requests efficiently
