Job Responsibility
Ensure communal areas and available apartments are always well-presented and inviting
Act as the first point of contact for residents, addressing maintenance issues and requests promptly
Report building issues to the relevant team members to ensure swift resolutions
Provide exceptional customer service, creating a warm and friendly environment
Organise and coordinate tenant services through third-party providers and in-house initiatives
Communicate important information effectively across various channels
Foster a sense of community by organizing events and innovative communication strategies
Conduct regular inspections of communal areas and apartments to maintain high standards
Manage contractor appointments and log maintenance issues to meet service levels
Complete check-in and check-out reports, ensuring accurate deposit returns
Ensure compliance with health and safety statutory requirements throughout the development
Requirements
Previous Front of House/Corporate Reception/Concierge experience
Positive, can do attitude
Ability to think on your feet and make considered decisions
