Receptionist (Co-Working Space)

• Act as the main point of contact for all visitors, delivering a warm, professional meet-and-greet experience
• Manage incoming deliveries and ensure they are handled efficiently
• Answer incoming calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately
• Maintain the overall presentation and organisation of the front-of-house and communal areas
• Set up and prepare meeting rooms to a high standard
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Support the planning and coordination of team events and social activities
• Assist with the delivery of client and community events alongside the Events team
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager, including preparing and sending community newsletters
• Contribute to the smooth running of the office and wider co-working environment

• Friendly, approachable, and confident dealing with people at all levels
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proactive and happy to take initiative in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude

Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or a customer-facing role is desirable
