Job Description:

A renowned interdisciplinary health group, specializing in personal health, sports medicine, and performing arts medicine, is seeking a Client Care Coordinator. In this environment where patient care is at the core of every commitment, you will play a key role in providing a comprehensive range of personalized care to a diverse clientele.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet patients and provide high-quality customer service
  • Answer phone calls and emails while courteously communicating all necessary information to patients
  • Book patient appointments and manage medical results using the clinic's software, Myle
  • Perform rigorous data entry and all other related tasks associated with the role

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position is required
  • Experience in the medical field is considered a strong asset
  • Full fluency in both English and French, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge and mastery of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to quickly learn new electronic medical record, appointment, and billing software
  • Self-confidence, strong relationship skills, and a professional, organized approach with a high attention to detail
