Job Description:

As Receptionist, you’ll be the welcoming face of our care home, creating a positive environment for residents, visitors, and team members alike. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be key to thriving in this role!

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist visitors and clients with a positive attitude, addressing their needs and queries as effectively as possible
Sort and distribute incoming mail efficiently, ensuring that all correspondence reaches the right hands
Provide essential secretarial support, including maintaining accurate records and updating resident information on a daily/weekly basis
Handle general filing, record maintenance, and photocopying to keep our office operations smooth and organized
Work in alignment with company policies and contribute to creating a supportive and efficient work environment
Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager or proprietor to support the smooth running of the care home

Requirements:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents, employees, and external professionals
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records
A welcoming attitude to create a positive experience for everyone who interacts with our care home
Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a supportive team environment
