We're on the lookout for a dynamic Receptionist and Office Manager to support our logistics and services team in the heart of London.

Job Responsibility:

  • Front office reception: Answering calls, taking messages, and directing them to the right team member
  • Email management: organising correspondence and ensuring timely responses
  • Meeting preparation: Ordering lunches, setting up rooms, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly
  • Office management: Keeping track of stationery, equipment, and managing inventory
  • Visa processing: Liaising with international offices and assisting with visa applications
  • Financial support: Monthly reconciliation of office accounts and petty cash reporting
  • Travel arrangements: Managing flight bookings for various locations, including London and Dubai
  • Vendor management: Handling courier accounts and local services
  • Administrative support: Assisting with document management and other ad-hoc tasks

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
