Our client, a construction management firm in Arlington, VA, is looking for a temporary Receptionist and Office Coordinator to support their team.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet guests, answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Schedule meetings and conference rooms
  • Assist with events and social media
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in office administration preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills required
  • Great analytical skills and strong attention to detail are a must
