Job Responsibility

  • Accurately enter customer orders into ERP and maintain order entry records
  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate parties, and provide information as needed
  • Greet guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Handle customer complaints by identifying issues, providing timely solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure complete resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and update customer information as necessary
  • Manage and track sample requests from customers and internal teams
  • File tickets, estimates, and other documentation promptly and accurately
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Assist with miscellaneous office duties, such as data entry, filing, document preparation, and maintaining office supply inventory

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties, including greeting guests and managing inquiries
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints and provide resolutions
  • Familiarity with order entry systems
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow communication protocols and company policies
  • Competency in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records effectively
