This is a full-time, on-site Reception/Admin role supporting core business functions across administration, customer service, and logistics.
Job Responsibility:
High-volume data entry and invoicing, including freight-related billing
Daily order processing across multiple streams (AUS orders, manual orders, production support)
Coordination of freight, containers, and airfreight documentation
Management of PODs (proof of delivery) and related logistics paperwork
General customer service and query resolution
Ongoing administrative support, including filing, sample management, and office coordination
Ordering stationery and managing PPE stock
Supporting the wider team as needed in a hands-on, collaborative environment
Requirements:
Proven experience in a reception, administration, or office support role in New Zealand
Must be available to start immediately
Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Must have at least 2 years experience within a distribution/FMCG environment
Ability to manage high volumes of work across invoicing, orders, and admin tasks
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
Proactive, team-first mindset with willingness to support across multiple functions
Strong organisational skills and reliability in a full-time, on-site role
Experience with ERP systems (Great Plains preferred)
Nice to have:
Exposure to freight, logistics, or supply chain coordination
Experience handling PODs, airfreight, or container documentation
Background in high-volume order processing environments
Confidence liaising with suppliers and customers
Experience supporting production or warehouse teams
