Job Responsibility:
Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Answer calls and emails promptly and courteously
Ensure guests are directed efficiently and feel right at home
Schedule meetings using Office Tracker
Prepare meeting rooms, organise catering, and keep spaces tidy
Support in-house and external event planning and logistics
Maintain clean, stocked communal areas
Oversee mail handling, including international deliveries
Manage office and kitchen supplies
Assist with video conferencing and room setups
Troubleshoot minor tech issues to keep things running smoothly
Requirements:
