Job Responsibility

  • Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with inquiries
  • Managing communication including phone calls and emails
  • Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising documents
  • Helping maintain a tidy and efficient reception area and assisting with office supplies inventory
  • Working closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives

Requirements

  • A cheerful and approachable demeanour that puts others at ease
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but not required
