Job Responsibility
Greeting guests with a warm smile and assisting with inquiries
Managing communication including phone calls and emails
Providing administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organising documents
Helping maintain a tidy and efficient reception area and assisting with office supplies inventory
Working closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives
Requirements
A cheerful and approachable demeanour that puts others at ease
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus, but not required
