The Receptionist is responsible for the provision of excellence in customer service, telephonist and clerical skills throughout the School’s properties to facilitate the achievement of the School’s mission and strategic objectives.
Job Responsibility:
Provision of excellence in customer service, telephonist and clerical skills throughout the School’s properties
Assist with the smooth running of the LSHTM reception desks
Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with promptly and courteously
Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths (A-Level)
Proven and successful experience of administrative work
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
Nice to have:
Previous experience as a receptionist
