Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Receptionist & Administrator! We are a leading private women's health practise, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and personalised healthcare experiences. As a key member of our administration team, you will be the first face our patients see! Your role will be vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for everyone who visits our clinics.

Job Responsibility

  • Warmly greet patients, creating a pleasant atmosphere
  • Manage reception and waiting areas, ensuring cleanliness and organisation
  • Assist patients with navigating the clinic and addressing their needs
  • Handle invoicing and payment collection after appointments
  • Support the administrative team with general duties, including filing and correspondence

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a reception or front-of-house role, preferably in a medical environment
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • experience with practise management software is a plus
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive and friendly demeanour
  • Empathy and a caring attitude, as you will be interacting with patients who may be anxious
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
