Our client is in need of a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a prestigious members club located in San Antonio, Texas. This position requires a dedicated individual who can provide exceptional service to members and guests while maintaining the club's high standards. The role is part time and involves working only on Saturday and Sunday, adhering to a business dress code and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression
  • Respond promptly to inquiries about club facilities, services, events, and membership details
  • Manage reservations for dining and private events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual and taking messages when necessary
  • Address member and guest concerns in a courteous and effective manner, seeking resolutions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and collating documents
  • Coordinate the pick-up and delivery of mail and packages, including express services
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless service and a positive member experience
  • Support office operations by receiving, stocking, and distributing supplies

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Previous experience as a receptionist in a club or restaurant setting is preferred
