Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and emails
route inquiries and follow up with a professional and helpful demeanor
Coordinate and track tenant service calls and maintenance requests in collaboration with the Property Manager
Prepare, verify and execute cheque deposits
Prepare letters for mailing
Filing and scanning documents
Maintain inventory of office supplies
Prepare landscaping and snow removal contracts
maintain up-to-date files for tenant cleaning and ventilation contracts
Data entry for financial transactions
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual in both French and English
5+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
Strong knowledge of Microsoft suite (specifically Excel)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Team player who is willing to jump in and assist outside of core role when needed
Nice to have:
Real Estate industry experience is a significant asset
Knowledge of Yardi systems a bonus
