Our client is hiring a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant and is responsible for overseeing all activities at the front desk, providing a welcoming and professional point of contact for all visitors while delivering high-quality administrative support across departments.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the front desk and lobby to ensure an organized, friendly environment
Greet and direct visitors, vendors, and contractors, maintaining appropriate documentation and access per security guidelines
Manage incoming calls and distribute them appropriately
Organize, file, and digitize various records and documents
Support correspondence, schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with general administrative duties as assigned
Coordinate onsite events, meetings, and lunches as needed
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and handle courier requests
Maintain and restock office supplies and printer/copier stock
Assist the Marketing Manager with all aspects of conference and event logistics
Provide administrative support across departments as needed
Promote and uphold our commitment to Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security standards
Complete additional duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of three years of administrative support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word
Positive, customer-focused attitude
Nice to have:
experience with PowerPoint and Excel preferred
