This position offers an initial temporary engagement with potential to move into a permanent role. The role focuses on office administration and documentation support, assisting with day-to-day operations and supporting the wider team. The position is offered on a 4-day work week, with the potential to increase to 5 days. Flexible start and finish times are available.
Job Responsibility:
General office administration including filing, scanning, and record keeping
Document control and updating company documentation
Processing incoming and outgoing documentation
Coordinating small freight (inwards and outwards)
Maintaining electronic and physical records
Managing the Director’s diary and scheduling
Preparing and formatting documents including Word and PowerPoint
Ordering office supplies and managing general office requirements
Front desk duties and greeting visitors
Supporting engineers with administrative and documentation tasks
Requirements:
Available to commence at short notice
Proven experience in a general office administration role
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
