Job Responsibility:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Reception pupils in line with the EYFS framework
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, record, and report on pupil progress in line with school policies
Support pupils’ social and emotional development
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to whole-school initiatives
Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Experience teaching in Early Years or Reception classes
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Commitment to professional development and safeguarding practices
