Job Responsibility:
Oversee a small front of house team
Full managerial duties for one part-time Receptionist
Hands-on operational involvement
Welcome visitors and staff
Manage the company’s switchboard and inbox
Manage meeting rooms
Assist with event coordination
Update statistics, folders, manuals and other admin projects
Requirements:
Genuinely positive and friendly personality
Natural ability to build rapport
Sincere, kind, adaptable and a good problem solver
Excellent communication skills via all mediums
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
Experience in a similar customer-oriented role (preferably within hotels, airlines, medical or a corporate setting)
Experience of supervising/managing a team
