You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of excellent customer service through the efficient management of the Reception Team and are responsible for increasing primary and secondary spend opportunities at front of house both personally and by leadership of the Reception Teams.
Job Responsibility:
Provide motivational leadership and management to the Reception Teams
Ensure consistency of service throughout all reception areas
Ensure the efficient rotation of the Reception Teams to cover appropriate trading hours
Manage all Reception Team rotas within agreed budgets
Responsible for continued performance management of the Reception Teams
Ensure a professional first point of contact for all customer issues
Ensure the efficient and swift resolution of all enquiries / complaints
Manage and maintain accurate retail stock
Commercially controls spend within specific remit, working creatively and in a SMART way to reduce both overall costs whilst increasing efficiency
Ensure a comprehensive understanding of Emergency Action Procedure and take action as necessary
Responsible for minimising the environmental, health and safety risks in the workplace and for reporting potential risks, real accidents and near misses to relevant managers
Perform other duties as assigned or requested in order to meet the needs of the business
