We’re looking for a Team Leader in Aberdeen who’s excited by the chance to make a real impact. You’ll lead a team of two Colleague Hosts, helping them grow through hands‑on training, supportive coaching, and day‑to‑day inspiration. Job Responsibility:
Lead, mentor and develop a team of two Colleague Hosts, providing regular coaching, on‑the‑job training and constructive feedback to build confidence and capability
Set the tone for exceptional service, modelling the behaviours, professionalism and standards expected across all colleague interactions
Conduct regular check‑ins and performance conversations, identifying strengths, development needs and opportunities for growth
Create a positive, supportive team culture, encouraging collaboration, accountability and pride in delivering a high‑quality workplace experience
Oversee daily operations, ensuring the reception and colleague‑facing services run smoothly, efficiently and consistently
Identify service improvements, using insight, observation and team feedback to enhance processes and elevate the overall experience
Act as the main point of escalation, resolving issues quickly and confidently while empowering the team to handle challenges independently
Support onboarding and continuous training, ensuring new and existing team members are fully equipped to deliver their best work
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, influencing positive change and ensuring service expectations are met or exceeded
Champion brand standards, ensuring the workplace environment reflects the company’s values and delivers a warm, polished welcome every day
Build rotas and participate in HR duties where required
Requirements:
