Job Responsibility:
Oversee and inspire the team, fostering creativity and operational excellence
Ensure that all catering requirements are met with the highest quality
Set the standard for excellence, leading by example
Serve as the primary contact for clients and Account Managers
Prepare team rotas and assist with recruitment, HR tasks, and performance reviews
Greet and escort guests with warmth and professionalism
Organise meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV support tailored to client needs
