Job Responsibility

Develop and maintain working relationships across all departments, the senior team as well as external stakeholders and contractors
Oversee the reception and executives meeting areas, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations
Manage appointments and meetings, coordinating with various departments
Manage and coordinate a number of meeting rooms and event spaces, quickly and efficiently
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members with efficiency and professionalism
