Job Responsibility:
Lead, motivate, and develop the team to encourage innovation and consistently high performance
Oversee all catering services, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and presentation
Champion best practices by setting clear expectations and leading by example
Act as the key point of contact for clients and Account Managers, building strong working relationships
Produce team rotas and support recruitment activities, HR processes, and performance management
Welcome and accompany guests with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
Coordinate meeting room set‑ups, refreshments, and AV requirements to meet client expectations
Requirements:
Background in hotels, aviation, or corporate hospitality
Genuine commitment to creating exceptional first impressions
Previous leadership experience within a luxury, five‑star, or high‑end service environment
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
Keen eye for detail and commitment to upholding exceptional standards
Confident and effective communication with a proactive and solutions‑focused mindset
