Job Responsibility

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the team to encourage innovation and consistently high performance
  • Oversee all catering services, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and presentation
  • Champion best practices by setting clear expectations and leading by example
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and Account Managers, building strong working relationships
  • Produce team rotas and support recruitment activities, HR processes, and performance management
  • Welcome and accompany guests with a friendly, confident, and professional approach
  • Coordinate meeting room set‑ups, refreshments, and AV requirements to meet client expectations

Requirements

  • Background in hotels, aviation, or corporate hospitality

  • Previous leadership experience within a luxury, five‑star, or high‑end service environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams
