Job Description:

We are working with a village Primary School in the Harrogate area hoping to recruit a full time Reception teacher from Easter through to the end of the summer term.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver engaging lessons for Reception pupils
Plan and assess learning in line with the EYFS framework
Support pupils’ progress and adapt teaching strategies as needed
Contribute to the wider school community and enrichment activities

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
Experience teaching in UK primary schools
Excellent safeguarding knowledge and practice
Knowledge of the EYFS framework
Ability to provide two education-based references
Experience in a Reception teaching role
Sound knowledge of the Early Years framework
Track record of delivering phonics sessions
Legal right to work in the UK
