Reception Teacher / EYFS Primary Teacher – Supportive School – Excellent Wellbeing Policy. Are you a Reception Teacher / EYFS Primary Teacher searching for a school that values your wellbeing, reduced your workload and is genuinely a really happy, friendly and nice place to work? We are searching for a Reception Teacher / EYFS Primary Teacher to join a supportive three form entry school in Lewisham, on a permanent contract in Sept 2026. They have a lovely, play-based EYFS curriculum that is praised by parents, children, teachers and most notably, by Ofsted. Some highlights of the school include: 3 form entry school; Ofsted graded ‘Good’ as of March 2023; Down-to-earth, personable Senior Leadership Team; Genuinely conscious of reducing teacher workload and improving wellbeing for their teachers. This includes; Instant marking/live marking policy; Teachers in the same year group always have planning time together; You will also have shared termly planning with year group partners; Brilliant CPD and promotion opportunities! All of the SLT have progressed up the ranks internally, as have their middle leadership team. Great ECT support and mentorship in place. They even train their own TA’s to become Teachers, so are very well equipped to support ECTs. Great Relationships and Behaviour policy, all based on restorative practice.

  • UK QTS is essential
  • Experience as a Reception Teacher / EYFS Primary Teacher
  • Experienced Primary Teachers with KS1 experience welcome to apply
