We are currently recruiting for an experienced Reception Supervisor to join the team at Michelin* HIDE. HIDE is an urban oasis from the bustling world, hidden in plain sight. Spread over three floors, two light-filled dining rooms are set around a breath-taking central staircase and enjoy tranquil views over Green Park. Serving breakfast, lunch & dinner, a sizeable a la carte menu showcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close network of small farmers & suppliers from across the UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors. This is an ideal opportunity for a Reception Supervisor looking to join a great team of professionals. We are looking for a truly passionate professional looking to develop their career & are keen to promote from within. We foster our Host/Hostess team to develop their skills with mentorship from a member of our Management Team and an array of social activities and supplier visits. The restaurant itself is a beautiful, uniquely designed space with bespoke tableware & one of the largest wine lists in the country. Service showcases the vast range of skills at our Reception Supervisor disposal by bringing elements of theatricality to the dining room.

  • Seating guests, informing the management of any requirements

  • Flexibility in working days and hours

  • Using Seven Rooms to maximise restaurant capacity
  • Menu and table plan printing
  • Supporting the restaurant team to turn tables
  • Reporting any problems to the relevant manager
