Proactive and personable Reception & Office Administrator to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their Wimbledon office. Job Responsibility

  • Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages
  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors
  • Manage deliveries, distribute post, handle print room activities
  • Prepare and service meeting rooms including catering
  • Conduct daily office walkthroughs
  • Maintain office supplies and groceries
  • Report maintenance issues
  • Perform health and safety checks
  • Source quotes for new supplier contracts
  • Organise monthly social events
  • File and chase supplier invoices
  • Upload approved invoices for payment
  • Administer expenses and prepare reports
  • Reconcile company credit cards
  • Prepare travel and mobile usage reports
