We are thrilled to be recruiting a Reception Manager to lead a talented team of two Rapport Ambassadors in the heart of Central London. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a vibrant front-of-house operation, delivering outstanding service and creating a welcoming experience for clients, customers, and guests alike.
Job Responsibility:
Overseeing and guiding the Rapport Ambassadors to meet the expectations set by Rapport, clients, and partners
Ensuring the client and guest areas are impeccably managed, delivering exceptional service while monitoring team performance, addressing urgent issues, and handling complaints efficiently
Staying ahead of guests' needs by being observant and prepared to provide solutions swiftly
Actively seeking out new and creative approaches to enhance the services we provide
Fostering a collaborative environment within the team and participate in available cross-training opportunities to strengthen skills and teamwork
Requirements:

Ideally, have at least two years of team leadership and stakeholder management in a similar role
Have extensive knowledge of all HR procedures and protocol
Be a proven leader who is enthusiastic about continuous development of the team and the self
Possess a strong financial acumen and communication skills
Have a vibrant personality who can act with integrity, highly organised, with a can-do attitude and passion for delivering high standard service
Have great interpersonal skills and a natural ability to positively influence business decisions
Be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to be proactive and act with intuition
