Reception Manager

We are seeking an enthusiastic Reception Manager to provide an exceptional experience for all members, guests, and visitors. You will supervise reception staff, develop procedures to ensure smooth operations and maintain a professional, welcoming environment. In this role, you will hire, train and evaluate the reception team, ensuring top-notch service and a well-presented reception. You will manage daily operations, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints. You will also promote services, memberships, and special offers. Additionally, you will oversee the switchboard, ensure health and safety compliance, and act as Duty Manager when needed. Working closely with the Head of Club Experience/Deputy General Manager, you will identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary maintenance or upgrades.
