The front desk at THE PIG is essentially the hub of the hotel, being the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see. First impressions are everything and we want our guests to have the best first impression possible. We are looking for someone who loves to make guests smile everyday with high standards and great attention to detail.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the team of friendly Receptionists
Responsible for the effective running of the front office
Manage the team of receptionists to ensure all duties are completed to a high standard
Maintain constant channels of communication with all departments in the hotel

Requirements:

Experience of working as a Reception Manager or within a similar role is essential
Knowledge of Opera Fidelio
