Job Description

Fitzpatrick Referrals is an independent veterinary specialist referral practice in Surrey, delivering world class orthopaedics, neurology and dental care to patients from across the UK and beyond. We are currently seeking an experienced Reception Manager to join the reception team. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in first class customer service, leading and motivating a team, efficient decision-making and compassionate communication for the clients referred to Fitzpatrick Referrals. You will be care driven, exceptionally organised, and be able to support a 24/7 team environment. You will have line management responsibility for a team of 12 receptionists, and you will be accountable for delivering client administration and the professional greeting of clients and visitors to the highest standard. The role involves working collaboratively with other team members across the practice to meet the needs of patients, their owners and referring veterinarians so you will be comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week with some flexibility to ensure you have a presence across our reception opening hours which involve evenings and weekends. In return, you will be part of a dedicated team helping to deliver the best compassionate care, surgical excellence and rehabilitation for our patients.
