Job Responsibility
Lead by example – process all guests in a polite and courteous and professional manner and ensure personal presentation is to a high standard always
Demonstrate an understanding of 5 star and VIP guest service
Suggest and implement new ideas to continually improve guest experience
Oversee the reception team, managing rotas, training and shifts to ensure optimal coverage and a high performing team
Document and implement any changes to protocols and ensuring all team members are fully briefed on these amendments
Oversee the operation of a busy reception area, manage enquiries, and ensure all requests are logged, actioned, and closed efficiently
Create and manage comprehensive documentation of processes to facilitate training, compliance, and continuous improvement
Support and develop the team to build upon the service provided for client and visitor
Requirements
At least 2 years experience working as a reception manager in a corporate environment
Ability to provide consistent 5 star customer service
Ability to confidently lead a team and meet client expectations
Must have worked with various visitor and space management systems
Effective communication skills
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment in which you can maintain an exceptional level of service whilst managing multiple tasks
