Job Description:

Reception Manager role at Gymbox Elephant & Castle. Front and centre of the nightclub-meets-fitness club vibe, inspiring members. The team works early, middle, and late shifts.

Job Responsibility:

Help build, beef up and inspire the Member Experience team
Provide round-the-clock customer service inspiration
Maintain standards and member satisfaction levels
Be all over reception systems and processes
Motivate team to smash retail sales and batter targets
Be an all-star ambassador living and breathing all things Gymbox

Requirements:

Ability to commit to working early (5:30 – 14:30), middle (11:00 – 20:00), and late (14:15 – 23:15) shifts
