Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen at Oasis Academy New Oak for an enthusiastic and committed Reception Class Teacher to join our team and contribute positively to our wider school environment by taking a key role in delivering high quality lessons for our pupils.

Job Responsibility:

Provide a supportive and welcoming learning environment in the classroom
Play a significant part in the ongoing development of all areas of the children’s education
Put assessment techniques into practice in line with the school’s ethos and principles
Help with lesson planning that achieves the needs of all students

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status
Evidence of commitment to continuing professional development
Understanding of relevant curriculum requirements
Effective use of differentiation strategies to meet all pupil’s needs
Ability to use data and assessments to note areas for improvement and sustaining positive educational outcomes
