Job Responsibility

  • Deliver a professional front-of-house service, welcoming visitors and managing enquiries
  • Oversee access control, visitor management, and badging processes
  • Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms and incidents
  • Conduct patrols and support investigations, ensuring accurate reporting
  • Maintain detailed records, audit trails, and compliance documentation
  • Support emergency response procedures in line with site protocols
  • Provide administrative support, ensuring all security data and logs are up to date
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment
  • Welcoming staff and visitors and creating a safe, professional atmosphere
  • Conducting regular patrols and monitor premises to prevent unauthorised access, theft, or vandalism
  • Monitoring access points, CCTV, and handling security procedures
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, taking appropriate action as needed
  • Complete detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any security concerns
  • Assist in emergency situations, including evacuations and first aid support if required
  • Adapting to different client sites – no two days are the same
  • Responding calmly and confidently to incidents or concerns
  • Working as part of a diverse, supportive team

Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • First Aid at Work certification
  • Experience with access control systems
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
