Job Description:

We are looking for a Reception and Practice Assistant to join our Ludlow team. In this role you will provide support for our accounting practice and be part of our front-of-house team. The role will encompass reception, office duties and accounts compliance work, including company secretarial processing. Training will be given where necessary on all aspects of the role, to help you grow as the practice develops and moves forward into the future. No prior compliance experience is needed—just a professional attitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being part of front-of-house, greeting clients, and handling queries
  • Maintain client records and data
  • Supporting practice manager to finalise jobs, aiding with company secretarial duties, bookkeeping where necessary
