Job Responsibility:
Welcoming visitors and providing a warm, professional meet‑and‑greet service
Answering incoming calls, transferring to departments, and taking messages
Managing incoming/outgoing post, filing and maintaining records
Scanning, photocopying, and general administrative support
Assisting wider teams with ad‑hoc office tasks
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception or office area
