Learn your way around town and always have tips for partying up your sleeve
Learn how to face possible complaints to improve problem-solving skills
Use the tools: PMS, Accor Resaweb, Blink, principal OTA online portal
Requirements:
Guest focused personality is essential
Professional experience or completed a course of training in the hotel business
Can speak English fluently
Can inspire fellow staff and guests
Open to join a team, respects the procedure and learn from your colleagues
