Job Responsibility:
Make guests feel welcome
Receive and welcome restaurant guests
Escort guests to their assigned table
Ensure waiting staff takes care of seated guests
Provide information about products for sale
Confirm and manage reservations
Handle information requests by phone, email, or in person
Manage and monitor the reservation software system
Welcome and seat walk-in customers
Stay up to date on menu changes and new offers
Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
Requirements:
Guest focused personality is essential
Professional experience in hotels and/or restaurant
Fluent in English and Italian
Available to work during evening shift
Experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Micros or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Nice to have:
Additional languages are a plus
