Job Description:

Friendly and organised individual with passion for delivering exceptional customer service to be the welcoming face of the company in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Greeting guests and welcoming visitors
  • Managing communication including phone calls and emails
  • Providing administrative assistance to various departments
  • Office management including maintaining reception area
  • Collaborating with team members to support projects

Requirements:

  • Cheerful and approachable demeanour
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus
